How do you peel the perfect egg?
Q. I'm 38 years old and have boiled a lot of eggs in my day...But I can't seem to master the perfect peel! What am I doing wrong? How do you get the perfect peel? How do you get the perfect peel if your eggs have had to "sit" for a little while? How do you get the perfect peel for a large amount of eggs?

A. you just tap it lightly on the counter or table so there is a small crack but no dents in the egg and slowly peel the shell off. (FYI if you do it to fast it wont work)

Q. Carrots, Beets, Celery, Apples Obviously peel or no peel is not going to change much in terms of taste for juice, but is it ok to use unpeeled carrots or beets, for example? Thanks.
